Therefore, the party found to have caused the problem pays the other affected party for the harm done in some way because compensation and damages are not the limit of the available remedies, since the afflicted party may be entitled to an order for specific performance, injunction, declaration as to rights, orders of mandamus (‘we command’ – see Re Barnes Corporation [1933] 1 KB 688), or certiorari (‘to be fully informed of’ – see R v. Central Criminal Court, ex parte Raymond [1986] 1 WLR 710) so long as they follow the processes established in the Civil Procedure Rules (‘CPR’) 1998 supported and qualified by Acts of Parliament.
