Landlord and Tenant Law : Case List
This area of law concerns the relationship between landlords and tenants regarding at to how this relationship is regulated under the remit of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1938 in relation to as to what rights tenants have in relation to the property that they have taken via a lease for period.
Therefore, with this in mind, it is concerned with on what rights the tenant retains the property in question and as to what they are permitted to do with it whilst they are in possession of it. Moreover, this area also concerns when these rights are either limited or lost so that the landlord has the right to restrict the tenant’s use of the property or to ultimately serve to terminate the lease itself before it has run its course.
