Jurisprudence Law : Case List
This area of law is concerned with the philosophy that lies behind the law itself in relation to the academic and judicial thinking regarding the source, nature, end and efficiency of the law regarding the legal institutions themselves. Moreover, it is also concerned with the lawyer’s examination of the precepts, techniques, and ideals of the law derived from the present knowledge in disciplines that lie beyond the legal remit.
Consequently, this area of law principally involves its very study and a number of different views have arisen amongst theorists including John Austin and H. L. A. Hart in relation to the different sides of the debate that lie in this area regarding matters of positivism and natural law so it is then for the courts to determine how long a particular line applies.
