1. You place your order on the order form

2. We send you an order number
We'll process your order and send you an order number by email. It's usually there within 1 - 2 hours. Urgent order? Call us on 01623 499057 and tell us to look out for it!

3. We send your essay question to our writers
We send your question to those writers who are qualified in the subject area you are studying in. Just the essay question/topic, nothing else - your details are kept 100% confidential at all times.

4. We choose a writer for you
Out of all the writers who let us know that they're interested, we'll choose the one who is best qualified to write the piece, and who has the best reputation with the company. Of course, if you've told us you want a writer who's worked for you previously, we'll ask that writer first if they are available to do your work.

5. We contact you to take payment
We'll phone you as soon as we've got a writer for you, and we'll also send you an email. There's still no obligation to proceed - you can let us know you want to cancel your order if you like. If you're happy to go ahead, we can take a payment via Worldpay (so through any major credit or debit card except Amex), or a cash payment through any branch of Barclays Bank.

6. We tell your writer to proceed and your essay is written for you
Once you've paid, we'll confirm the work with your writer. Your essay is then delivered on or before the date it is due to you, by email. It's also uploaded to a secure area that only you have the access details to, so you can download it for a short period of time (just in case you have any problems with your email).

7. You request amendments if you're not happy
If for any reason you believe your writer has not done exactly what you asked for, you can contact us within 7 days of the due date and ask for the work to be amended. Usually the writer completes the amendments within 24 hours. If you're still not happy, we'll contact them again - and we'll continue to work with you and the writer for as long as is necessary, to ensure that you are 100% satisfied.
